Low System Water Pressure (for hydronic furnace models)
Display shows 31, furnace may not start or may shut down unexpectedly

Possible Causes
Insufficient water in system, Leak in heating circuit, Faulty pressure sensor, Recently bled radiators
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Allow the system to cool before adding water. Do not over-pressurize.
- Check pressure gauge: On the front panel, verify that system pressure is within the recommended range (typically around 1.0–1.5 bar when cold; refer to the data plate).
- Top up system: Locate the filling loop (flexible hose with two valves). Open both valves slowly to allow water into the system while watching the gauge. Close both valves once the correct pressure is reached.
- Bleed air: If radiators were recently bled, recheck pressure after bleeding and top up again if needed.
- Inspect for leaks: Look for visible water around radiators, valves, and under the furnace. Persistent pressure loss indicates a leak that must be repaired.
