Furnace does not respond to thermostat changes, but display appears normal

Safety: Turn off power before working on control wiring.

• Check thermostat power: Replace batteries in wireless thermostats and ensure the receiver has power.
• Verify setpoint and mode: Confirm the thermostat is in HEAT mode and set above room temperature.
• Re-pair wireless controls: Follow the Vokera or thermostat manufacturer's instructions to re-pair the transmitter and receiver.
• Test with manual link (qualified persons): Temporarily link the call-for-heat terminals at the furnace. If it now runs, the thermostat or its wiring is faulty.
