Furnace is completely dead, no lights or display, does not respond to thermostat

Safety: Do not work on live circuits. If you are not comfortable with electrical work, call a professional.

• Check household breaker: Locate the breaker or fuse feeding the Vokera furnace and reset or replace if tripped/blown. If it trips again immediately, do not continue resetting.
• Verify external switch: Many furnaces have a local isolator switch. Ensure it is in the ON position.
• Inspect power cord/connection: If accessible, check that the power cable is firmly connected and not damaged.
• Internal fuse: Some Vokera units have internal fuses on the PCB. Replacement should be done only by a qualified technician.
