Possible Causes

Safety: Turn off power before testing switches.

Steps:

Locate the pressure switch and disconnect one wire; if the inducer stops after power is restored, the switch may be stuck closed.
With power OFF, test continuity across the pressure switch with no call for heat; it should be open. If closed, replace the pressure switch.
Inspect wiring for shorts between pressure switch terminals.
If the inducer continues to run even with the switch disconnected, the IFC inducer relay may be stuck and the board will likely need replacement.
