Steps:

• Check keypad power: Replace keypad batteries or verify power supply if wired.
• Test switch: Use a multimeter to confirm that the key switch or keypad relay closes when activated.
• Verify wiring: Ensure the two wires from the keypad/switch go to the correct START/STEP‑BY‑STEP terminals on the CAME board.
• Bypass test: Briefly short the START terminals with a jumper wire. If the door moves, the board is fine and the external device or wiring is faulty.

Replace defective keypads or switches with CAME‑compatible models.
