• Verify clearance: Ensure no hardware, wiring, or storage items are contacting the door or track at the problem point.
• Lubricate: Apply lubricant to rollers and hinges, then move the door several times to distribute.
• Re-engage opener and test: Reconnect the trolley, restore power, and run the door. If the obstruction is removed, the 2-4 code should clear.
