- Reprogram a single remote: Press and release the LEARN button, then press the remote button within 30 seconds. The opener light should blink to confirm.
- Verify remote compatibility: Ensure you are using a Chamberlain Security+ or Security+ 2.0 remote that matches your opener’s frequency and logo.
- Power cycle: Unplug the opener for 1 minute, then plug back in and attempt programming again.
- Inspect learn button: If the LEARN button is physically stuck or does not click, the logic board assembly must be replaced.
- Replace logic board: If no remotes can be learned and the 3-3 code persists, install a new Chamberlain logic board specified for your model.
