Opener lights flash ten times and door will not move; may occur after installing LED bulbs or accessories.

• Power cycle: Plug the opener back in and test operation with only the basic wall control and safety sensors connected. If the 10-flash code clears, the issue is with an accessory.
• Reconnect one at a time: Reconnect accessories individually, testing after each. When the error returns, the last connected device or its wiring is the culprit.
• Correct wiring or replace accessory: Verify wiring polarity and terminal placement for the problematic accessory. Replace it if it appears damaged or incompatible.
