Decko garage door opener will not power on at all; no lights, no sounds.

Safety first: Do not open electrical panels unless you are qualified. Always unplug the opener before removing its cover.

Check external power:

• Verify outlet: Plug a lamp or tester into the same ceiling outlet used by the Decko opener. If it does not work, reset the GFCI or breaker feeding that circuit.
• Inspect cord and plug: Ensure the opener’s power cord is fully inserted and not damaged.

Inspect opener fuse (if equipped):

• Unplug the opener and remove the cover.
• Look for a small glass or blade fuse on the control board or near the power input.
• If the fuse is blown (broken filament or blackened), replace it with the same type and rating. If it blows again immediately, there is a deeper fault.

If the outlet has power and the fuse is good but the opener remains dead, the internal power supply or logic board has likely failed and should be replaced as an assembly.
