Decko opener operates by itself without any user input (phantom operation).

Safety first: Until resolved, unplug the opener when you are away to prevent unintended opening.

Check wall control:

• Inspect the wall button for sticking or physical damage.
• Disconnect the wall control wires at the opener head and monitor if phantom operation stops. If it does, repair or replace the wall control or its wiring.

Check remotes:

• Remove batteries from all remotes and keypads temporarily. If phantom operation stops, one of the remotes has a stuck button and should be replaced.

Reprogram opener (if older fixed-code):

• Clear all remote codes from the Decko opener (often by holding the LEARN button until the LED blinks or goes out).
• Reprogram only your own remotes and keypad.
