Keypad will not operate Decko opener, but remotes and wall button work.

Safety first: Keep the door area clear while testing keypad operation.

Check keypad power:

• Open the keypad cover and replace the batteries with fresh ones of the correct type.
• Ensure battery contacts are clean and springs are not corroded.

Reprogram keypad:

• Press and release the LEARN/PROGRAM button on the Decko opener head.
• Within 30 seconds, enter your desired PIN on the keypad and press the ENTER or SEND button (refer to keypad instructions).
• Test by entering the PIN and pressing ENTER again.

If the keypad still does not operate the door but remotes do, the keypad itself may be defective and should be replaced with a compatible Decko wireless keypad.
