Door opens by itself or closes unexpectedly without any command.

Safety first: Until resolved, isolate the operator from mains when not in use to prevent unintended movement.

• Check wall controls: Inspect wall buttons and key switches for stuck contacts or water ingress. Disconnect them temporarily to see if the problem stops.
• Inspect wiring: Look for damaged low‑voltage cables that could be shorting across the control inputs.
• Clear receiver memory: Erase all remotes from the Garador receiver and reprogram only known transmitters.
• Monitor for interference: If the door still moves unexpectedly, the receiver may be picking up stray signals. Replace the receiver module or change to a more secure coding system if available.
