Keypad or key switch will open the door but not close it.

• Check wiring: Compare keypad/key switch wiring to the Garador wiring diagram. Ensure it is connected to the correct open/close or impulse terminals.
• Test contacts: Use a multimeter to verify that the close contact closes when the keypad code is entered or key is turned.
• Reprogram keypad: If using a Garador wireless keypad, ensure it is programmed to the main channel that controls full open/close, not a partial or pedestrian function.
• Adjust logic: In the control menu, confirm that the input is set to toggle (impulse) mode rather than open‑only.
