Remote controls have very short range or only work when very close to the operator.

Safety first: Keep clear of the moving door while testing remotes.

• Replace remote batteries: Fit new batteries of the correct type in all Garador hand transmitters.
• Inspect antenna: Locate the receiver antenna wire on the operator. Ensure it is fully extended, not coiled, and not cut short. Route it away from mains cables and metal surfaces.
• Reduce interference: Temporarily switch off nearby LED lighting, Wi‑Fi routers, or other RF devices to see if range improves. Replace noisy LED lamps with better‑filtered types if necessary.
• Consider external antenna: In metal garages or where signal is blocked, fit a Garador external antenna kit outside the building for improved reception.
