• Replace bulbs: Install new, Genie-approved bulbs within the wattage limit. Avoid rough-service or high-EMI bulbs.
• Inspect socket: Check for corrosion or burned contacts. Clean lightly or replace the Genie light socket assembly if damaged.
• Test manual light button: Use the wall console light button (if equipped). If the light never turns on, suspect the relay or board.
• Replace control board: If sockets and bulbs are good but lights never operate, replace the Genie control board.
