Guardian opener remote range is very short, must be very close to door to work.

• Replace remote battery: Open the Guardian remote and install a fresh coin-cell battery of the correct type.
• Inspect antenna: Ensure the antenna wire on the opener is fully extended downward and not wrapped around metal.
• Reduce interference: Replace nearby LED bulbs with garage-door-rated LEDs. Move Wi-Fi routers or other RF devices away from the opener if possible.
• Relocate opener if extreme: In rare cases, moving the opener slightly or adding an external antenna kit can improve range.
