Steps:

• Check for obstructions: Inspect the area above the door for low beams, lights, or hardware that the door may be contacting.
• Inspect door arm and bracket: Ensure the Henderson opener arm is not binding against the header bracket or door sections. Straighten or replace bent parts.
• Reprogram open limit: Use the Henderson programming procedure to reset the fully open position so the door clears the opening without hitting the stops.
• Limit sensor check: If the door stops inconsistently, the open limit sensor or encoder may be failing. Replace the Henderson limit encoder assembly if necessary.
