Steps:

• Replace keypad battery: Open the Henderson wireless keypad and install a fresh battery of the specified type, observing polarity.
• Reprogram keypad: Follow the Henderson instructions to clear and reprogram the keypad PIN to the opener, using the LEARN button on the head unit.
• Test range: Try operating the door from different distances. If operation is only possible very close to the opener, suspect RF interference or a weak receiver.
• Check compatibility: Confirm the keypad frequency and coding match your Henderson opener model. Replace with a Henderson compatible wireless keypad if needed.
• If other remotes also fail: The RF receiver module may be defective; replace the Henderson RF receiver module.
