• Inspect bottom seal and floor: Look for raised thresholds, objects, or uneven concrete causing early resistance.
• Adjust close limit: Use the Henderson limit adjustment (dials or programming) to slightly reduce the close travel so the door stops as soon as it contacts the floor.
• Increase down force slightly: Turn the down force control up in small increments, testing after each change. Do not exceed manufacturer recommendations.
• Test safety reversal: Place a 50 mm (2 in) block under the door and close. The door must reverse upon contact.
