• Observe sensor height: Check that the photocells are mounted at the recommended height above the floor. If too low, they may see parts of the vehicle.
• Reposition sensors: Raise or move the photocells slightly (within Hormann guidelines) so that normal vehicle parking does not block the beam.
• Test with vehicle moved: Confirm that the door closes when the vehicle is moved out. Adjust until it also closes safely with the vehicle parked correctly.
