How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power before handling the logic board.
- Power reset: Unplug the opener for at least 60 seconds, then plug back in.
- Clear memory: Press and hold the LEARN button for about 6–10 seconds until the LED goes out to erase all remote and keypad codes. Reprogram remotes and test.
- Surge protection: If the error followed a storm or power event, consider adding a surge protector to the opener outlet.
- Replace logic board: If the error persists and the opener will not function, the logic board must be replaced.
