Keypad will not operate the door, but remotes and wall button work.

Safety: Stand clear of the door while testing keypad.

• Replace battery: Open the keypad and install a fresh battery of the specified type (often 9V or coin cell).
• Reprogram keypad: Press LEARN on the opener, then enter a new PIN on the keypad and press ENTER as per manual.
• Check mounting location: Ensure keypad is within range and not mounted on metal that could block signal.
• Inspect for damage: If keypad shows corrosion or water damage, replace it with a new LiftMaster keypad.
