Door hits the floor and then immediately reverses back open.

Safety first: Keep feet and objects away from the door bottom during testing.

• 1. Remove mats or obstacles: Take away any thick mats or objects at the threshold.
• 2. Adjust down limit: Turn the down/close limit adjustment on the Linear opener to reduce travel so the door just seals against the floor without excessive force.
• 3. Tighten door arm hardware: Ensure the curved arm and straight arm bolts are tight at both the door and trolley.
• 4. Test several cycles: Run the door multiple times to confirm it closes firmly without reversing.
