Safety first: Keep people and objects clear of the door while testing.

• 1. Observe sensor LEDs: While the door is commanded to close, watch the LEDs on both Linear photo eyes. If they flicker or go out, alignment or wiring is suspect.
• 2. Tighten brackets: Firmly tighten the sensor mounting brackets so vibration from the door does not move them.
• 3. Shield from sunlight: If direct sun hits a sensor, install a small shade or slightly angle the sensor to reduce glare while maintaining alignment.
• 4. Wiggle test wiring: Gently move the sensor wires near the sensors and at the opener while the door is closing. If the door reverses, repair or replace the affected wire run.
