Door will not close from remote or keypad but will close when holding the wall button down.

• 1. Inspect sensors: Confirm both Linear photo eyes are facing each other at the same height and that both LEDs are solid.
• 2. Clear obstructions: Remove any items near the floor that could break the beam, including tools, trash cans, or stored items.
• 3. Check wiring polarity: Ensure the wires from each sensor are connected to the correct terminals at the opener. Some models are polarity-sensitive.
• 4. Replace defective sensor: If one LED will not light despite correct wiring, replace that photo eye with a matching Linear sensor.
