• 1. Check for obstructions: Verify nothing on the ceiling or near the header is blocking the door or arm.
• 2. Adjust up limit: Locate the up/open limit adjustment on the Linear opener. Turn it in small increments in the direction that increases travel, testing after each adjustment.
• 3. Inspect stop bolt: Ensure the stop bolt on the rail is not set too far from the opener, preventing full travel. Adjust as needed.
• 4. Confirm correct rail for door height: For very tall doors, ensure the installed rail is the proper length recommended by Linear.
