Opener runs but door moves very slowly or jerks during travel.

Safety first: Disconnect power before servicing the opener or door hardware.

• 1. Test door manually: Disconnect the opener and move the door by hand. If it is stiff or jerky, correct door hardware issues first.
• 2. Clean and lightly lubricate rail: Wipe the rail clean and apply a small amount of garage-door-safe lubricant to the trolley contact area (for screw drive, lightly grease the screw).
• 3. Inspect drive gear: Open the Linear housing and check for worn or partially stripped gears. Replace the gear kit if needed.
• 4. Verify power supply: Ensure the opener is on a dedicated circuit and not sharing with heavy loads that could cause voltage drop.
