• Inspect tracks and rollers: Look for bent track, loose brackets, or worn rollers. Tighten and replace as needed.
• Run force calibration: Many Motorlift models allow automatic force calibration. Enter programming mode and start the calibration sequence as described in the manual; the opener will run the door and set appropriate force levels.
• Adjust force manually (if applicable): Slightly increase UP and DOWN force settings using the adjustment screws or menu options.
• Test multiple cycles: Run the door several times. If E3 persists, inspect the rail and trolley for damage and replace if necessary.
