How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before connecting or disconnecting BUS accessories.
- Remove new accessories: Disconnect any recently added BUS devices (keypads, network interfaces, etc.) from the BUS terminals on the Nice board. Restore power and see if E15 clears.
- Check BUS wiring: Ensure the BUS wires are connected with correct polarity (+/–) and that there are no shorts between conductors.
- Test modules individually: Reconnect each accessory one at a time, powering down between changes, to identify which device triggers E15.
- Verify compatibility: Confirm that each accessory is approved for your specific Nice control board and firmware version.
