Remote controls have very short range or only work when very close to the Nice opener.

Safety first: Turn off power before accessing the control board.

• Inspect antenna: Locate the antenna wire on the Nice receiver or control board. It should be the full factory length and not coiled tightly or cut short. Straighten it and route it away from metal surfaces.
• Relocate receiver (if external): If using an external Nice receiver, mount it in a more open location away from large metal objects.
• Reduce interference: Check for new electronic devices (LED lights, Wi‑Fi routers, etc.) installed near the opener. Temporarily switch them off to see if range improves.
• Verify remote type: Ensure your remotes are the correct Nice series and frequency for the receiver (e.g., FLO vs. FLOR vs. ERA). Incompatible remotes may work poorly or not at all.
