Door reverses at the floor and does not stay closed, even though nothing is in the way

Safety first: Do not disable safety features. Adjust limits and force within Skylink’s guidelines.

• Inspect floor and seal: Check for raised concrete, thick weatherstripping, or objects under the door. Remove obstructions and trim excessive seal if necessary.
• Adjust down limit: Increase the down limit slightly so the door stops just as it compresses the seal against the floor.
• Adjust down force: Increase down force slightly until the door stays closed but still reverses when it hits a 2x4 laid flat on the floor.
• Check bottom section: Ensure the bottom panel is not warped or binding in the tracks.
