  • Reconfigure via app: Open the Skylink app and follow the in‑app instructions to add the opener, entering the correct 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi SSID and password. Avoid 5 GHz‑only networks.
  • Router settings: Ensure MAC filtering is disabled or the opener’s MAC address is allowed. Enable DHCP so the opener can obtain an IP address.
  • Replace Wi‑Fi module: If the Wi‑Fi LED never lights or responds to reset, the internal Skylink Wi‑Fi module may be defective and require replacement.
