Opener light flickers or causes remote range to be very short

Safety first: Turn off power and allow bulbs to cool before handling.

• Use compatible bulbs: Replace existing bulbs with Skylink‑recommended LED or incandescent bulbs known to be garage‑door‑opener compatible.
• Secure bulb: Ensure the bulb is screwed in firmly but not overtightened.
• Test remote range: With the opener light off, test remote range. If range improves significantly, the bulb or lamp circuit is the source of interference.
• Replace board if needed: If compatible bulbs still cause interference and flicker, the lamp driver on the Skylink main control board may be faulty and require replacement.
