How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Inspect drive gear: Look for plastic shavings and a rounded or stripped nylon gear. If worn, replace the Skylink drive gear and sprocket kit.
- Check sprocket connection: Ensure the sprocket is firmly attached to the motor shaft with its pin or key intact.
- Reassemble and test: After replacing worn parts, reassemble the opener and test operation with the door disconnected first, then reconnected.
