Safety first: Keep clear of the door while repeatedly testing keypad operation.

• Replace batteries: Install fresh alkaline batteries in the Skylink keypad.
• Relocate keypad: If mounted on metal or near large metal objects, move the keypad slightly away to improve signal.
• Seal housing: Inspect the keypad gasket and housing for cracks that may allow moisture in. Replace the Skylink wireless keypad if water damage is present.
• Reprogram: Clear and reprogram the keypad to the opener to ensure a clean code pairing.
