• 1. Remove all accessories: Disconnect keypads, external receivers, and smart modules from the accessory terminals or bus connector.
• 2. Power up and test: If E15 clears, reconnect accessories one at a time, testing after each to identify the faulty device.
• 3. Check wiring polarity: Ensure + and – terminals are not reversed on any wired accessory. Correct any miswiring.
• 4. Replace defective accessory: If a specific keypad or module causes E15 when connected, replace it with a Sommer‑approved part.
