Opener vibrates excessively and shakes the ceiling or rail during operation.

Safety: Support the opener and rail before loosening any mounting hardware.

• 1. Tighten all hardware: Check lag screws at the header bracket and ceiling mounts. Tighten into solid wood framing.
• 2. Add angle iron supports: Use perforated angle iron to create rigid triangular supports from the opener to ceiling joists.
• 3. Install vibration isolators: Add rubber or neoprene pads between the opener brackets and framing to reduce transmitted vibration.
• 4. Check door balance: An unbalanced door can cause extra vibration; have springs adjusted if needed.
