Possible Causes
Foreign object lodged between impeller and shredder ring, Fibrous food wrapped around impellers, Overpacked chamber with food waste
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn OFF the switch and disconnect power. Do not leave the motor humming; it can overheat.
- Step 1 – Manually free the jam: Insert a 1/4" Allen wrench into the bottom hex socket and work it back and forth until the shaft rotates freely.
- Step 2 – Remove debris from above: Use tongs or pliers to remove any visible obstructions from the chamber.
- Step 3 – Reset if needed: If the overload has tripped, press the reset button on the bottom.
- Step 4 – Test with water: Restore power, run cold water, and briefly turn the unit ON. If it spins normally, resume normal use but avoid overloading.
