Possible Causes
Collapsed Evergrind splash baffle opening, Incorrect Evergrind baffle installed for sink size, Mineral buildup on Evergrind sink flange and baffle, Misaligned Evergrind sink flange
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the Evergrind unit.
- Remove and inspect baffle: Lift out the Evergrind splash guard and check for deformation or swelling that restricts flow. Clean with hot, soapy water.
- Test without baffle: Briefly run water with the baffle removed (do not operate the Evergrind unit) to confirm that the sink drains freely.
- Replace baffle: If the baffle is stiff or misshapen, install a new Evergrind splash guard of the correct model.
- Clean flange: Scrub the Evergrind sink flange to remove mineral deposits that may interfere with baffle seating.
