Clean baffle tee: Disassemble the tee and P-trap, clearing any food sludge or obstructions. Rinse thoroughly.
Reassemble with proper slope: Ensure the Evergrind discharge and cross-connection pipes slope downward toward the main drain.
Test: Run water in both bowls and operate the Evergrind unit. Adjust piping if water still backs up.
