Newly installed Project Source garbage disposal vibrates or leaks immediately after installation

Safety first: Turn off power and support the disposal before adjusting the mounting.

• Verify mounting lock: Ensure the disposal body is fully rotated into the mounting ring until it locks. The three mounting tabs should be fully engaged.
• Recheck sink flange seal: If leaking at the top, remove and reinstall the sink flange with fresh plumber's putty or the supplied gasket, tightening evenly.
• Align discharge: Loosen and realign the discharge elbow so it connects to the trap without stress, then retighten.
