Reginox
Excessive Vibration / Imbalance
Garbage disposal causes the sink to shake or vibrate heavily when running.

Possible Causes
Unbalanced load of food waste, Loose mounting ring, Misaligned discharge piping stressing unit, Worn or missing anti-vibration mounting gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the disposal before adjusting anything.
- Run with no load: Turn the unit on with only water running. If vibration is minimal with no food, the issue may be overloading or uneven feeding.
- Check mounting: Tighten the Reginox mounting ring screws and confirm the unit is fully locked into the sink flange.
- Inspect rubber gasket: Look at the rubber mounting gasket between the sink flange and disposal. If it is deteriorated or missing, replace it with a Reginox-compatible gasket.
- Align piping: Ensure the discharge pipe is not forcing the disposal to one side. Adjust pipe length or add support brackets.
