Possible Causes

Repeated overload trips without proper reset, Firmware lockout after jam, Faulty overload sensor on PCB, Stuck relay

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety First: Disconnect power before attempting to clear jams or open covers.

  • Step 1 – Clear any jam: Use the jam-buster wrench to ensure the rotor spins freely and remove any foreign objects from the chamber.
  • Step 2 – Perform full reset: Press and hold the reset button for 10–15 seconds (if supported), then turn off power at the breaker for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3 – Restore power and test: Turn the breaker back on, run water, and briefly test the unit.
  • Step 4 – Inspect PCB: If E18 returns immediately, the overload sensor or relay on the Tweeny PCB may be defective and require replacement.

Do not bypass overload protection; it prevents motor and wiring damage.
