How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Turn OFF the breaker immediately to stop unintended operation.
- Step 1 – Inspect wall switch: Replace the switch if it feels hot, loose, or does not click properly.
- Step 2 – Check wiring: Verify that the hot feed and switched leg are correctly wired and not shorted together.
- Step 3 – Examine control PCB: On electronic Tweeny models, a stuck relay can hold the motor ON. Inspect the PCB for burn marks.
