How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety First: Ensure the unit is OFF before inserting or removing the cover.
- Step 1 – Clean cover and flange: Remove food debris from the cover tabs and sink flange slots.
- Step 2 – Inspect cover: Check for warping or cracks. Replace with a genuine Tweeny cover if damaged.
- Step 3 – Align correctly: Insert the cover in the orientation indicated in the manual and rotate until it clicks into the ON position.
