Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker. Even low-voltage circuits originate from high-voltage components.
Er5/ERR5 suggests a problem in the low-voltage accessory circuits.
- Inspect LED lights: Look for any spa light or waterfall feature that is not working or filled with water.
- Disconnect suspect components: One at a time, unplug light or audio harnesses from the control pack, then restore power to see if Er5 clears.
- Check transformer: If all loads are disconnected and Er5 persists, the low-voltage transformer or driver on the control board may be faulty.
Replacement of lighting harnesses or the control pack should be done by a qualified technician to maintain safety and waterproofing.
