How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before handling sensors or wiring.
- Step 1 – Locate sensor: Find the primary temperature sensor on the heater tube or in a dry well on the AquaRest control pack.
- Step 2 – Check connection: Ensure the sensor plug is fully seated on the control board and that the cable is intact.
- Step 3 – Reseat sensor: If the sensor is in a well, remove and reinsert it fully to ensure good contact.
- Step 4 – Replace if needed: If the display still shows dashes, replace the temperature sensor with a compatible part.
