Possible Causes
Recent utility power interruption, Tripped GFCI breaker, Loose main power connections at control pack, Undersized or unstable power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Always turn off the breaker before tightening any electrical connections.
- Step 1 – Reset GFCI: Locate the spa's GFCI breaker or outlet and press the RESET button. Ensure the breaker handle is fully in the ON position.
- Step 2 – Power cycle spa: Turn the breaker off for 30 seconds, then back on. Allow the AquaRest control pack to complete its startup sequence.
- Step 3 – Inspect main connections: With power off, remove the control pack cover and verify that the incoming power wires are tight and free of corrosion or heat damage.
- Step 4 – Monitor for repeat PF: If PF recurs frequently without utility outages, have an electrician verify the supply voltage and wiring size to the spa.
