Possible Causes

Tripped GFCI breaker, Blown internal fuse on AquaRest control pack, Loose main power connections, Faulty control pack power supply

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Work with power off and use a qualified electrician if unsure.

  • Step 1 – Check GFCI and breakers: Verify the spa's GFCI breaker is not tripped. Reset it fully OFF then ON. Check any subpanel breakers feeding the spa.
  • Step 2 – Test outlet (plug-and-play models): For 120V AquaRest plug-and-play spas, plug another device into the outlet to confirm power is present.
  • Step 3 – Inspect internal fuses: With power off, open the control pack and locate any glass or blade fuses. Test and replace any blown fuses with identical ratings.
  • Step 4 – Check main lugs: Ensure incoming power wires are tight and correctly landed on the control pack terminals.

If the spa remains dead with correct power and good fuses, the control pack power supply is likely failed and should be replaced.
