Topside control buttons are unresponsive or only some functions work intermittently.

Safety: Turn off power before disconnecting the topside control.

• Step 1 – Inspect panel: Look for cracks, lifted edges, or moisture under the keypad overlay.
• Step 2 – Check cable connection: In the equipment bay, ensure the topside cable is firmly plugged into the control pack.
• Step 3 – Dry and test: If moisture is present, gently dry the panel and allow time for evaporation, then restore power.

If buttons remain unresponsive or erratic, replace the topside control panel with an AquaRest-compatible unit.
